How we met
A friendship before a partnership.
David and Mike first met at a Special Olympics basketball game where their daughters, both of whom have Down syndrome, were playing. Their friendship grew through their families, long before they became business partners.
RCM grew out of managing Roosevelt family capital. David and Mike brought their complementary investment and technology experience to the firm, building on a relationship grounded in trust, shared values and service.
Their families remain closely connected to the community that brought them together, including organizations that create opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
